What is the current project scope?
LiGEP is being advanced as an integrated renewable-energy platform comprising 800 MWp of planned solar capacity, with future green hydrogen and green ammonia production subject to technical, commercial and financing conditions.
What is the current capital requirement?
The June 2026 investor materials state a total capital requirement of EUR 360 million, comprising EUR 330 million of Phase 1 technical CAPEX and EUR 30 million of owner’s costs.
Are offtake agreements already signed?
No binding offtake agreements are represented on this website. Potential electricity, hydrogen and ammonia counterparties are being evaluated, and downstream investment remains conditional on bankable commercial demand.
